Volunteer Agreement

This Volunteer Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Oratory Olympics (“Organization”) and YOU, (the Volunteer’s Full Name), effective as of the date you agreed to join as a volunteer.

1. Volunteer Services

1.1 YOU agree to provide voluntary services to Oratory Olympics in the capacity of [Brief description of volunteer role or responsibilities].

1.2 YOU understand and acknowledge that YOU will not receive monetary compensation for YOUR services.

1.3 YOU agree to perform YOUR duties diligently and in accordance with Oratory Olympics’ policies.

2. Term of Agreement

2.1 This Agreement starts on [Start Date] and continues until [End Date] unless terminated earlier by either party.

3. Termination

3.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party via email.

3.2 Upon termination, YOU agree to return any Oratory Olympics property or materials.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 YOU agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information of Oratory Olympics.

4.2 The confidentiality obligation continues after termination of this Agreement.

5. Liability

5.1 YOU acknowledge YOU volunteer at YOUR own risk and Oratory Olympics is not liable for injuries or losses, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

6.2 Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By agreeing to submit the volunteer form, YOU acknowledge YOU have read, understood, and agreed to this Volunteer Agreement.
